All paperbacks are signed by the author. If the book is being purchased for someone other than the customer name used at checkout, please provide the correct name for the inscription at checkout.

1. How long does it take to receive my order?

For digital products, you will receive your purchase within minutes of completing the order. Physical products will be shipped within three to five business days after purchase, depending on supplies and customization options.

2. Can I return a physical item?

Yes, you can return a physical item within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags when applicable, and in its original packaging. Please note that we do not accept returns for digital products, including eBooks and audiobooks.

3. How do I request a return?

4. What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?

5. Can I exchange an item?

Yes, you can exchange certain physical items. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us at leedawnabooks@gmail.com to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and refund issued, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes, there are certain types of items that cannot be returned. These include perishable goods, custom products, digital products such as eBooks and audiobooks, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, and gift cards. 9. Is there a cooling off period for European Union customers?
